warning on intralipids
I know people are excited about the alternative to ivig- it is cheaper and perhaps safer to use intralipids than a blood product. If you have have elevated cytokines intralipids WILL NOT work. You'll probably need dex, humira and ivig for your NK and cytokines. Intralipids seem to work fine for people who have normal cytokines and high NK. Best of luck to all...
