Post Coital Abnormal?

So I had one those PCT's done today; I know they say "its outdated and such" but honestly, this is the first test that has given us some sort of answer.
-been trying almost 2 yrs
-lap/hysteroscope surgery in april
-mild endo, 1 uterine polyp
-DH sperm all good (great in every category, fortunately!
-neither of us have had any STD's, etc..

So, the PCT revealed dead sperm in mucus. So what does that mean? IUI... does this mean I definitely/probably have an antisperm antibody? the nurse mentioned it, so that is why I'm asking you all for advice. Does this mean I'll need IUI to get pregnant if/once I have conceived in the future?? How common is this?
Thanks in advance! ~Linds
