Intralipids for Non-NKCell Immune Issues?

Help. Has anyone been recommended Intralipids for immune issues that are not related to Natural Killer Cell issues? I do have raised NKC and have done Intralipids 2x (IVF.) DR is recommending IVIg stating that it might help with unknown immune issues that Intralipids may not help with. I've "heard" that SIRM has done away with IVIg altogether and uses Intralipids for other non-NKC immune issues. I really don't want to do IVIg. It is not the money, but I am scared of possible long lasting side effects related to viral infections, etc. I know the chance is really small...but if you get some disease...that is it, you can't get rid of it. Maybe I'm being crazy, but at the end of the day I am not comfy doing IVIg and I just can't move past that.

I wanted to know if anyone was given Intralipids for their non-NKC immune issues? Please....anyone...help? Thank you.

I have but with a very high dosage rather than the typical 4-9ml. I just did the 100ml as recommended by sirm. I don't have elevated nk cells but some antiphospholipids and t-cells, supposedly mild immune stuff.
