usually docs do not rx both heparin and aspirin as heperin does the same thing as aspirin except more efficiently (being its sub-q and more potent). if u have been rx'd both, then u most really have a serious clotting issue and both are recommended.

I have been given asprin and fragmin injections fragmin is a alternate to heprin. I have been on thesa with 8 of my pregnancys, I had activated protein c resistance. I still have them both when pg, they find that asprin alone has been a sucsess but takin with fragmin/ heprin is suppose to help many ladies that are having unexplained pregnanys. I am taking them again along with prednsione steriods when next pg, I have unexplained miscarriages
Missed miscarriages. I wish you all the best hope the treatment works for you hun. xx
