selenium?
How much selenium and vitamin E did people take for thyroid issues? I have slightly elevated Thyroid Peroxidase antibodies.

I posted here but it didn't go thru..
there is an excellent thyroid site at about.com for thyroid, hormones and infertility - the girls there are very well versed in takign extra supplements, etc. I think that I remember 1000 mg /day for selenium - hope this helps! Ally
