Lovenox w/o aspirin?

Just wondering if any of the women here with immune issues who are on (or have been on) Lovenox took it without aspirin? I know it is usually taken in conjunction to one BA a day but I didn't know if there were people who just take Lovenox by itself. Thanks in advance.

Whitley,
I'm on both and usually taken together. They both are anti-coagulants but do so in a different way achieving the same result which is why most doctors want you to take together.
