When in the cycle is Intralipids administered?

I know IVIg is generally given around 7-10 days before ET, are Intralipids also administered around a week before Embryo Transfer?

hi rosie- intralipids and ivig are not the same thing but perform the same function in the body. they both suppress the immune system to allow for a healthy pregnancy.
i have taken both ivig and intralipids and yes, they are both giving prior to iui and er. although my last doc administered the ivig the same day as et.
but this time im doing an iui cycle and my doc administered the intralipids cd7 which is more typical.
