Immune test results in/Do I really need IVIg?

I got my test results back from Millenova Labs and I am positive and/or have elevated levels of:

Antiphospholipid Antibodies
Antinuclear Antibodies
NK cells

My NK cell assay came back at 11% natural killer cells (mildly elevated). Dr. Coulam is recommending IVIg. But if 10% and under is considered "normal" for NK cells and I am at 11%, do I really need IVIg?

I came back the same way. I decided that was too much for me. I treated for the ANA and APA and have had a successful FET and IUI.

Good luck!

rosie- you could also treat the NKcells with intralipids. its way cheaper than ivig. check out columbia pharamacy. you should ask dr. coulam for details.

Yeah, I'm OK with doing Intralipids to treat the NK cells.

But Dr. Coulam says that APA's can only be treated with IVIg. So now what? I can't afford the IVIg.
