Here we go again... (pg mentioned)

Hello everyone! It has been a while. As some of you know I am ANA postitive and APA +. I went two weeks ago to see my RE that I used with my DD (18 Months) from a frozen cycle. We discussed whether to try natural or injectables or IVF. We decided to go with the injectables and possibly do an IUI. She actually is going to use medrol and hep, which was a big fight with the last time. Hmmmmm. After 6 clomids, 2 - injectables, 5-6 IUI and a failed IVF. We finally had a hit with the FET.

So as I hit day 1. And no sleep last night, trying to figure out how to put all the appointments, the 2.5 hour drive to the RE, an 18 month old, a husband that is living in another city, a possible move. Here I go again.

DH was deployed the last time I went through this, so as I started rattling off day this and that you could hear the eyes roll back in the head.

So wish me luck and here we go on a roller coaster.

dc

duke- how much medrol were you on and when did you start the medrol. I have immune issues too and will be doing an injectible cycle with intralipids and heparin. the docc also discussed medrol, so i was curious as to ur protocol.

They have not told me the medrol dosage, but said that I would go on it around ovulation. For my IVF I was on it for just a few days.

Right now my ANA levels are within a normal range and it is precautionary, since I have gone up to 1:1200 on prior tests.

Thanks for all the thoughts.

Lynn,
That is the same dose I had. I'm not doing that protocol this time I do my IUI. I will be doing the intralipids before IUI, doxycycline at some point, hcg boosters, prometrium and 30mg lovenox post O. I stopped the baby aspirin for a while because a couple of my liver enzymes are elevated--been on baby aspirin for 6 months straight now. I will go back on when I start cycling but for now still on break.

Do you stay on the baby aspirin when you use lovenox?

Yes, I was told I would be staying on both because although they achieve the same results they work in different ways.
