Lynn,
That's great. I liked Dr. T. He was very nice. My problem is they wouldn't deliver the intralipids to me without becoming a patient and doing my IUI there and that just doesn't work with the travel. I think the CD3 and CD4 were lower which is signs of weaking immune system because of infection. I'm not worried about that. It's the nk activity that is a huge obstacle and expensive to treat. IF you don't have nk issue what are you doing intralipids for? I did one cycle with lovenox and I hated it but you do what you have to. How much medrol will you take and when?

pooh- thats too bad about not delivering the intralipids unless u become a patient.
i have antiphospholipid syndrome, embryo toxic cytokine stimulation, elevated cd3, cd4 and multiple miscarriages. i have had 4 mc's in total which suggests a possible immune issue. one of the fetal tissue was tested and determined normal xy. so we can begin to assume there is an immune cause. the medrol 16mg would start b4 iui as would the heparin and intralipids. i think cd6.
in sher clinic they treat all immune issues with intralipids not just nkcells although dr. coulam believes otherwise.

lovenox sucks!!!! Ouchie!

Lynn,
So sorry about your m/c. I know there are mixed opinions on the tx. When do you start your next cycle?

Lynn,
Good luck!

I had my consult and I'm going with the new RE. They are putting me on the RPL protocol and I will do a few IUI's like that. Due to my age they will do what I want but would like me to move towards IVF. We'll see. Basically I go on baby aspirin now, 30mg lovenox 3 days after IUI, hcg 2,500 iu every 3 days and if pg. stay on until 10wk of pg. and progesterone vag supp. I will do intralipids 7 days before IUI or transfer and then again 4-5 weeks later if pg. The only bad thing is I have to travel for the intralipid about 1 1/2 hr by car BUT much better than IVIG expense so I'll drive! I still have residual cysts left over and maybe some follicles. I'm CD22 today and my lining was 9.9 and it doesn't look like I O'd. I also need to get a saline sonohystogram too so lots to do. Anyhow I guess I have some hope!

Lynn,
I think 3-4 and then we either stop or move on to IVF which my dh is not thrilled about. However, I think I need it for closure. I thinkt he hsg is to help with the luteal support. I actually just scheduled the SHG for Monday and I have to go get b/w on Friday so I want to get things moving. My MIL fell and broke her hip last night and is having surgery soon. We were at the hospital before having to leave for the consult and my dh will be going back. It's been kind of a stressful day!

pooh- soory about mil. that is the worse thing. youve gotta keep a close eye on her because older folks tend to deteriorate quickly after breaking a hip for some reason. but i hope for your sake and the sake of your dh, that she will be back to her old self soon.
i hope your stressful day ends on a positive note.

Thanks Lynn,
Yes I hope so. I know the complications are the major problems after that type of surgery. Praying she comes through okay. HUGS
