RE in IN, KY, or OH that does SERIOUS IT

Does anyone know of an RE in any of these states that does serious immune testing? I was tested by my RE (who was HIGHlY reccomended) but am now wondering if his idea of immune testing is what it should of been. Dh and I simply went to a special hospital (something about the tubing they needed to use) and each had about 5 HUGE vials of blood taken, but that was it. I was told it was immune testing but ti didnt matter about CD or anything. Right now I am in the middle of what we believe to be m/c #8 (all natural, no meds, IUI, IVF etc). My 1st HCG was 270 then yesterday my 2nd was 165. I go in Wednesday but I have been here 7 times before. Any advice from anyone?

I highly recommend Dr. Joanne Kwak-Kim in Chicago. She will consult with you over the phone and the testing can be shipped to the Rosalind Franklin University Lab, where she is the director. Dr. Kwak is a reproductive immunologist who worked side by side with Dr. Beer.

Angela.. bloodwork for immune testing does not have to be done on certain day of cycle so it may be that you've had a panel of testing done that your doc will be back in touch with results right? If you haven't done so, I'd for sure ask for copies of all results from that immune testing so that you can have a record and refer to it for your own learning purpose.

The number of losses and early chem. type prg. you are experiencing are definitely related to auto-immune stuff going on. Either there are some strong antibodies and/or you may need IVIg or LIT (that is injections of your hubby's white blood cells) in order to carry successfully -early losses are lots of time related to the fact that it is "partner specific" and that is why you are able to conceive so easily (sort of like "normal" ) but can not sustain a prg.
