Yes, it's blood work involving both partners. You can do the blood draw at a regular clinic but only a few labs will process this test, so the blood must be shipped to them. Consider becoming a patient of Dr. Stricker http://www.repro-med.net who orders this test regularly. You don't have to live nearby. Best of luck, Lauren
