Question Immune issues/spotting

Hi,
In the past six months I have done two IVF/ICSI''s. One was a early loss and one resulted in BFN. I just switched RE's and they wanted to test me for immune issues. So yesterday I had 8 vials of blood taken and it was sent to Dr. Beer. I told her that both times I have spotted brown about 7-9 days after transfer and she said this was not a good sign and said it could be uterus/lining rejecting embryos (possibly immune problems). Does anyone have any experience or knowlege on this? Thanks Kris

pg ment

Hi Kris,
I'm sorry for your failed IVFs. The good news is it sounds like you have a doc on teh ball in terms of immune stuff. The spotting sounds exactly like the embryo/s are being attacked and implantation is failing.
I too have experienced several incidents like yours. And even in the case of pregnancy, for me without immune tx, in many cases, I experienced spotting shortly after the +beta only to learn shortly after that the pg had failed.
In my opinion you are in the best of hands having your testing done thru Dr Beer as his testing and tx is very comprehensive. I have him to thank for my latest pg!

Do let us know what your testing reveals and I wish you success very soon!
