New to Immune Issues, Waiting for test results

I'm new to this post and new to knowing I have Immune Issues. Just had a failed FET with amazing looking embies. Endometrium did not become trilineal and endometrium was not well developed prompting my RE to do a Recurrent Abortion Eval Panel.

Leukocyte Antibody Detection Assay- Results were 14.7% and should be above 30

Antiphospholipit Antibodies were positive.

Still waiting on results of Natural Killer Cell Assay and DQ Alpha. Should be in next week.

Sounds like APA treatment is Heparin & Prednisone. Any idea what treatment is for Leukocyte antibody?

Beth

Hello and welcome!
I'm sorry about the tough road you've been down but I do think you are now on the right track.
Tx for low antibody detection is optimally LIT (not currently available in the US) although all docs do not believe in this tx. Stronger indications for LIT could be revealed when you get your DQ numbers back.
THe other tx for low blocking antibodies is IVIg.
According to my doc, the combination of LIT and IVIg is ideal.

Let us know when you get the rest of your results back. I hope you are successful very soon!
