Folic Acid for DH

Someone on here told me it is a good idea for DH to take folic acid, as well as a multivitamin, to increase sperm count.
So he has been taking it, and his sperm count went up higher than it has ever been!!

My DH has been taking a multi-vitamin and Fish Oil. I'll have to tell him about the folic acid.

The local fertility center website here also suggests taking 1000IU of vitamin C and 400IU of vitamin E.

Yes, you can get folic acid over the counter.

Yep. my RE told us that we need to start taking them Folic Acid up to 1200 mg along with the multi-vitamin/prenatal at our first consultations.

thanks Ladies,
my DH was DX with low and slow and I think the morphology is a little low too so I will try this! Does anyone have any ideas for improving the volume?
