Peanut Butter
I'm wondering if Peanut Butter is OK to have while doing stimms? I thought it would be, since it's high protein, but then I noticed from a post that someone's acupunturist recommended not having it. Anyone have any info on this?

Hmmmmm...
I never heard of that. I know that some docs recommend that you don't have peanut butter during pregnancy---something about a peanut allergy....?? Not quite sure. Never heard of the no peanut butter during stims thing, though???

Hmm ...
I, too, have been told by my accupuncturist a few years ago that I should not be eating very much peanut butter while TTC (although, I can't remember the reason why). I *think* she said it was a "thick food" that interfered with the liver or something, since she said it was my liver that needed cleansing or something. Again, can't remember exactly the reason.
However, if I'm not mistaken, there was a link on MSN that I read just earlier today about peanut butter and sex/pregnancy. This is not good news for me, as I LOVE LOVE LOVE peanut butter and eat it every day

I'm not sure why peanut butter is a no-no, but at this point I'll avoid just about anything if it will increase my chances of conceiving!
I guess I'll be having almond butter instead; it's supposed to be healthier, anyway.
