Cool Struggling to use your eggs or an egg Donor?

Me too...

Great website when struggling to decide to use an egg donor... Just thought I'd pass it on...

And if you need more reasons:

Hopespreader -

This is probably going to be one of our only options and I am totally against it (right now) Thanks for the reading material... I've been putting of the whole thing, looks like now I am ready to start weighing my pros and cons.

Thanks for the info!

k.

K - Using a DE is not as bad as one might think. In fact, its a great choice once you wrap your head around it. Some people may wonder why your kids are so darn good looking but thats about it... My point is that a healthy baby is better than taking a chance and having a non-healthy baby. Glad you enjoyed the reading. After extensive internet searches, it answered a lot of questions for me.

Our DD

I must say we used DE and it didn't matter. Our daughter looks and acts just like my husband and has eczema just like me. We where so pleased with our decision on using DE in order to have a baby in our lives. But it's hard to believe she is over a year old already. Time really flies watching them grow up.

~ I couldn't agree more.
Some people just can't get over the fact that they may be losing the genetic ties to a child. However, you'd be amazed at what you can come to terms with when you're not given any other choices.
A comforting aspect is that it still could be your dh's genetic child. You won't get that through adoption.
