He everyone! I usually post in the Vets 3 board, but I am a steady reader of the HA thread (where I started )

Just wanted to say a big CONGRATS to all the new BFPs! I hope your pregnancies are joyful and uneventful!

I'm going to post here just to try to get the party started I'm 21 weeks today, woohoo, and feel regular movement. It's the BEST FEELING in the entire world, and I'm starting to believe this might be a take-home baby. My big ultrasound is next Tuesday, but we plan to remain team green. Since I know none of you IRL, I can share our potential names: Sarah Jeanne or Sebastian James. I love both of them (though we've discussed potentially flipping first/middle name for the boy) Our family (me, DH, and DD) all have pretty classic, slightly old-fashioned names (I'm Louise! , so we wanted something that would fit in. Anyone else already thinking of names?

Hey Cville - I thought I'd be optimistic and join you over here. I'm only 5 weeks 2 days, so it's WAY early, but I'm trying to think positively and stop worrying all the time. I'm making myself a nervous wreck waiting for my first u/s (next Tuesday, when I'll be 6 weeks 1 day). No one told me that once you survive a 2ww and get a BFP, then you face another anxiety-filled 2ww for your first u/s! I don't know how I'll make it through the first trimester - but here's hoping I do! It must be SO exciting - and reassuring - to start feeling movement. I'm so jealous!

By the way, do you think it's a good sign that I'm having a lot of symptoms, or does that not really mean anything? I'm unbelievably sleepy all the time (I've actually taken to sleeping under my desk at work!), my breasts are quite sore, and I'm just a bit nauseous in the morning until around lunchtime. Did you feel that way?

Oh, and I know we shouldn't EVEN be talking names yet in our household, but we talked about that before we ever even got a BFP I like Isabelle for a girl. We're at a loss for a good boy name. I like your names a lot!

No symptoms=doesn't mean squat. Seriously. With all my pregnancies (including DD and this one) I have had relatively "easy" pregnancies with few symptoms. Biggest thing was exhaustion, BIG time for me--we're talking pass-out-at-7-pm tired. I didn't even have particularly sore breasts, which so many folks have. I did have some nausea with this pregnancy that would come and go (maybe weeks 6-9ish?), but never got sick--in fact, the only thing that made me feel better was eating constantly.

Ooooh, I love Isabelle I think boy names are much tougher than girl names!

    Hi Ladies!!!

I'm 8w1d pregnant today. I have no symptoms whatsoever. Had my 7 week ultrasound last week and saw one baby with a h/b of 150. Yesterday my embryo graduated to become a fetus I can't wait to get out of the first trimester because I have really poor quality eggs and had 2 poor quality embryos transfered. I'll definitely breathe a little easier after the big 13 week scan.

SDDS - you said it well - once you get the BFP, it's a whole different wait until you start relaxing and enjoying your pregnancy. Your symptoms are really encouraging. What was your beta number? My friend had a lot of symptoms and she's carrying twins.

Cville - it's great that you feel constant movement of your little once, what a nice re-assurance. When did you start getting even the slightest bump? I know some women can feel a lower belly around 8 weeks, but I'm nowhere close.

AKD - My first beta at 14DPO was 243 and my second at 16DPO was 619. My progesterone was 31 and then 37, which I think might explain my sleepiness! I'm hoping those numbers, combined with my symptoms, are a good sign, but I know that you just never can tell. My feeling about the first trimester is that it ain't over 'til it's over! I really never thought this would be so stressful - I thought once you had the BFP, you were in the clear! I'm jealous that your embryo has graduated Mine barely exists at this point! I'm sure you will be just fine - everything I've read says that most miscarriages happen in the first 7 weeks, so you're in a good place!

    Hi ladies!!

It is so nice that we have this board and can share and learn from one another's experiences! I'm 5w today and have not experienced many symptoms. As some of you know though, I did have a bit of a scare earlier this week with some brown spotting. Decided to get another beta run yesterday and tomorrow, but still waiting on the result from yesterday. My first beta at 14dpo was 446 and had another with my OB at 15dpo, which was 806. Does that seem too high?

Sddc - I totally hear ya....thought that life would be peachy and relaxed once I got my BFP, oh was I wrong!! My first scan is also next week - on Wednesday. So nervous! I love the name Isabelle!!

Cville - Hi! Feeling movement must be so exciting!! Such nice names! Right now, I'm too nervous to think about names....just want to get through the first trimester fine. Did you feel this scared early on?

AKD - Hoping that you, Sddc and I come out of the first 13w with great news!
    Cville - hi!
