Ellie - Good luck today. I have been thinking of you and praying like crazy!

Millie - Good to see you here! My m/s didn't start until close to 7 weeks. I don't know many gals at all who had it kick in as early as 5 weeks!

Hey Millie! Good to see you on here!! As for me I started feeling a bit funny during my 5th week - more so in the afternoons. Just little things like having a funny taste in my mouth, and not wanting to eat my normal foods. I also had really sore boobs. But at Week 6 my m/s (or shall I say all day sickness!) kicked in with a vengence and I have pretty much had it ever since (bar the odd day here and there). Having said that though, MANY, MANY women have not had it kick in until later and my friend (who fell pg on her 5th IVF) had no m/s or symptoms whatsover! She was an emotional wreck but a few months ago delivered a perfectly healthy little boy. Every person reacts differently! The fact your betas were high and more than doubling is a really good sign that things are heading in the right direction. But the fear never leaves you! I still have the same fear daily and not sure I will relax until the first trimester is over!

Oh and I am still waiting to hear the h/b myself! It has just been TOO LONG!

Yay millie!! I'm glad you are feeling okay! The m/s didn't really start until 6 weeks for me. I was nauseous just a bit at 5 weeks and then it got worse from there. So glad you get an u/s Tuesday!!

ellie- I saw your post on the other board but wanted to say again that Im happy it went well!!

Jessk- How are the headaches? I hope you are feeling better!

So I had my first OB appointment today. I actually met with a CNM and she asked me every question in the book to determine which OB I would be best with. She referred me to their OB who primarily works with twins and triplets so I feel better being with someone who knows what they are dealing with. She did an u/s which I totally didn't expect today! It was SO cool to see the babies!! You could see their little hands and feet and they were moving all around. The nurse said it looked like they were doing their morning exercises (like mother like child I guess)! Anyway, it was so neat to see that they were healthy and growing on track. Ruby, I am 10 weeks 4 days so I know you will be seeing the same thing at your u/s and it will be worth the wait

Ruby - Thanks for your feedback. Yeah, it's such a crazy thing b/c you want m/s to insure that things are going well, but at the same time you don't want to feel bad all the time! I'm excited for your u/s - you've been SO patient!

Eliza - Congrats on your good appointment today! I'm seriously jealous that you & Ruby are already 10 weeks and can see stuff going on in there!

Ellie - SO glad to hear you're appointment went well. (I read on the other board as well.) I hope you enjoyed your nap!

Eliza - thats great being referred to an OB that specializes in twins - you will be under great care! I seriously PRAY that I will be seeing a little baby moving around at my u/s like you said. It still feels like such a dream at this point. 7 days and counting!

millie- I know it's scary when you don't have m/s!! I was so worried until mine finally kicked in! You know, Jess is almost 10 weeks and she hasn't had morning sickness but saw a healthy heartbeat. Not everyone gets sick. I have a friend who didn't have a day of m/s in all 3 of her pregnancies!!! I say you are lucky if you don't get it but I understand your worry! I still worry every single day that things aren't going okay in there!

ruby- I'm sure you'll see your little bean moving! At that point you can see the heartbeat really well and the umbilical cord!! It's so strange because you can see the blood pulsing through the cord!! I know what you mean, at this point it doesn't seem real at all yet!! It will only feel more real when you start feeling your little one moving inside of you!

Ellie - I was so glad to see that everything went well yesterday! Hope you are rested and feeling well today. When do you go back for a look at your twins?

Eliza - Yay for the great ultrasound and healthy twins! Have you told Carolyn yet that she is going to be a sister?

4 days and counting until my u/s - I am nervous and excited at the same time. I have still been really sick! Yesterday, I threw up 4 times. I am still struggling to eat. I have had a few people comment on my weight loss. Its just crazy, I put on weight to fall pg and now that I am pg I lose weight! But its nothing severe so dont worry! My u/s cant come around fast enough!
