Facts On Honey and Cinnamon

Has anyone heard or seen this before?

INFERTILITY: Yunani and Ayurvedic Medicine have been using honey for thousands of years to strengthen the semen of men. If impotent men regularly take two tablespoon of honey before going to sleep, their problem will be solved.

In China, Japan and Far-East countries, women, who do not conceive and need to strengthen the uterus, have been taking cinnamon powder for centuries. Women who cannot conceive may take a pinch of cinnamon powder in half teaspoon of honey and apply it on the gums frequently throughout the day, so that it slowly mixes with the saliva and enters the body.

A couple in Maryland, USA, had no children for 14 years and had lost hope of having a child of their own. When told about this process, husband and wife started taking honey and cinnamon as stated above; the wife conceived after a few months and had twins at full term.

I have never researched it or read anything about it, but I have had some patients from other countries(Asia/India) tell me that cinnamon helps control diabetes, by assisting in metabolism of sugar and increasing circulation. That is an interesting statement considering the use of metformin. I really wish I could help but I really never looked into it.

Interesting... I found another article about infertility, cures for using cinnamon and honey along with it curing other things. I am going to try it! Doesn't hurt-- I will try anything... Now, it will be difficult getting my husband to eat 2 tablespoons of honey before bed each night!! Thanks for the info

Very interesting information. After I read your post (Pringle) I googled cinnamon and honey and a wealth of information came up about the health benefits of using this concoction. Even if it doesn't help my fertility issues it will definitely help any other ailments that I may have.

I have some organic honey and cinnamon in the refrigerator and I just went into the kitchen and put one pinch of cinnamon in a teaspoon with honey and stirred it up using a toothpick and is dipping my finger in it and eating it. It doesn't taste bad at all. I will continue to this and see if I see a difference in my health. The problem now is trying to get DH to take it.

Thanks so much Pringle for the tip.
