boost your count (posted on iui too)

DH read somewhere that gensing helps with "performance". He went about a month ago and bought some. We did iui last month and his usable count was 56 mil (i know not too bad), but today when we went in his count was almost 100 mil usable swimmers. he almost doubled what he provided last month. That was the only factor that changed over the month.

Good luck to you all

stephanie

Glad to hear of the improvement in the count!

However - it didn't come in a bottle. Whatever he did or took a minimum of 72 days ago would have affected the count. In 30 days the mature sperm for the IUI would not have been affected.

This is precisely what every doctor will tell you. What you eat or do today won't effect a man's sperm for at LEAST 72 days. Ginseng may help (though I'm not one for this kind of treatment) but it didn't help in your case.
