Has anyone used "The Life of Fred" math series?

I heard about these just last night at a parents meeting for my oldest DD's Commonwealth School. Apparently they are a lot of fun as kids learn math! I'm intrigued but don't want to get too many math curriculums (we already have Math U See)

Looked interesting! I read through the fractions part. I think we're going to get Math on the Level. Pricey to start but if we like it, this program will last thru eighth grade and is not consumable so can use it again for each kid.

    Here's just one review:

We have bought it. DD LOVES it. We are only on factions so far, but at $18 a book, we though ti was a GREAT price. She begs to do her mathwork. It's a blessing. I love it!

Never heard of it, but we aren't there yet. I bought Math U See for Jeran. Daphne's still in public school. For now.

Here's an article by the author of Math on the Level describing ways to incorporate math into everyday activities.
