Using garden boxes this year instead of planting under trees

Last year the little garden did ok but I know that it would have done better if it were in the sun more. So this year, I've decided to build garden boxes and plant in a more sunny spot.

How's everyone else's gardens doing?

My mom put in some new boxes because hers were under the neighbor's tree that hangs over the fence. She is having marvelous success already! I hope yours bring you the same.

No garden for me this year as we are moving. Well, perhaps I'll plant a few things when we get to the new place. Not sure yet.
