Just a quick Intro (cardiomyopathy)

Hey Everyone!!!

I'm not sure this is the right place for me since I haven't seen anyone with my history thus far.
My OB says I'm extremely high risk.

My story: TTC for 10 years........1st IVF resulted in b/g twins. Pregnancy was picture perfect until about 30 weeks when my blood pressure went thru the roof. Was admitted to hospital, developed pneumonia, noticed enlargement of my heart, and developed full blown pre-eclampsia. Twins were delivered at 32weeks via c-section....I was released 4 days later and then was rushed back to hospital 2 days later in complete respiratory/cardiac failure. Spent several days in ICU and told I was not to have more children. Official diagnosis peripartum cardiomyopathy.

Fast Forward 2 years later and I am pregnant naturally. Whatta surprise but I am extremely nervous. Have already visited the cardiologist and have an echocardiogram scheduled for tomorrow.
