    Bedrest Checklist

I put together this checklist (gathered the info from different resources). If you go onto bedrest, it can be a great list to go over with your doctor so you understand clearly the parameters of your limitations, so I thought I would share it with you all. Since variables change during individual pregnancy, you may wish to make several copies of this chart, to be completed at various stages pf your pregnancy.

    Hope everyone is doing well!

What a great list!!! I was on total bedrest with number one, and things were sooooo strict I didn't have any questions. But with ds #2 they put me on 'limited activity' and modified bedrest, and I really didn't have a clue what I should or shouldn't be doing!!! Had I brought something like this to the Peri's office with me (I would have carried everytime just knowing that something would happen sooner or later) and I could have whipped out this list and had him fill out the form....it would have saved alot of stress, and saved my dh calling the Peri to try to help figure it all out!!!!
    Good job!!!

    April,

Thanks so much for this list. Now I can go into my Dr. this Tuesday with a list and he'll have to sit, at least long enough for me ask him a few questions!

    THANKS again,
    Amy

Great list -thanks for sharing it; I'm bringing it to my appointment tomorrow. I thought i had a good handle on what the peri meant by 'bedrest' - but my insurance co. had a million questions for me today & I felt totally clueless answering them!
