Does CCRM turn away patients with high fsh and low amh?

I have a consultation with Dr. Surrey at CCRM on Friday. I am so worried he will reject me based on my numbers. I had one bad fsh reading (16.8) and an amh of 0.2. I have never done any fertility treatments in the past. Has anyone else had high fsh/low amh and was able to be treated at CCRM?

Here's my story:
I'm 33, but will be 34 in May.

CCRM found normal LH, E2 and Prolactin levels with an FSH of 21 (but I have proof of regular ovulation still) and a thyroid of 11.8. My AMH is 1.0 (but even that is suspect now- a new one was taken last week and we're waiting on results). My AMH is considered normal (low normal) by any other RE I have talked with. Only Surrey has made it out to be bad. My AFC was messed up by an incompetent sonographer who claimed that my left ovary was "freakishly out there" and my right was unable to be seen. My OB heard that and laughed. She's seen both my ovaries with no trouble! And the RE we are working with this cycle did an U/S yesterday and found them both without any trouble. So we don't trust the AFC. They only saw 5 on my left and no ovary at all on the right. But 5 with an FSH of 21 is still pretty good for that cycle, especially without knowing what the right would be.

Dr Surrey at CCRM knew from one look on my face that if he mentioned DE, I'd protest so he didn't. I'd had a few days since the nurse broke the news to do some research and talk with some other RE's before we regrouped with Dr. Surrey, so I already came in armed with the age argument. He wanted to do a CCCT, but I refused stating that I'd already "failed" with the Day 3. Since then he has had nothing to do with us. We can't even get nurses to return phone calls. I didn't want to do donor eggs or a test that would be used as a weapon against me, and he was not interested.

My new RE talked with us about how different he is compared to the CCRM docs. For starters, he mentioned that CCRM tends to use different numbers than others do in order to convince everyone they absolutely need IVF. Like my husband's sperm count- it was excellent with good motility and morphology. Every other RE has been impressed by his numbers, but not Dr. Surrey. Nope, it was too low for him. When in fact, he has supersperm! This new RE is going to take an SA using the regular levels and ranges.

I live in CO and thus far, many of the RE's and my OB claim that they cherry pick their patients and make lots of money that way. I'm sure there are some good things from CCRM, but we are glad to be done with them.

I'm now with Dr. Mark Bush at Conceptions in Littleton, CO and so far, I've loved him!
I know that there are some who have gotten Schoolcraft and company to treat them with happy endings, so I know that it's not the same experience for everyone... but this is my experience.

GL!

I consulted w/ Dr. Surrey. I had a high FSH of 17.7 and Amh of 0.2 or so and they didn't reject me- but I've heard can discriminate by age (I'm 31). He did bring up donor eggs but I responded that if I was going to proceed with them for a regular IVF cycle I don't want to think about donor eggs and they've respected that so far. I'm currently starting my IVF cycle with them now (on BCP's at this point).

I had a phone consult with Dr. School*craft and he was fine with my FSH but I have heard of them turning some aways so maybe it is an age thing.
