Remember ladies this is a no PG talk thread!!!!
I am not going to continue to move the charts every week, now that we have 2 differant threads, its just really a lot of work. And really how often do you go back and check them out. I am going to try to think of a thread I can start and put our 2nd chart the one that says all of our history etc. I hope this is ok with everyone. If not let me know
Elli,This is so hard, I really don't know what to say that can make you feel any better. Just know that we are all here for you
S, Good luck tomorrow!!!

That's a good idea TNA. Maybe you can have one thread with BFP's that people can read called High FSH BFP's and then maybe put our protocols like Dixie suggested. And then one thread with those who are still trying and where they are and then new people can be added to that one and then the BFP's can come off that one and onto the other one. How does that sound?
Is that too much work?

Good Morning Ladies! Sorry crazy weekend so could not post an update.
Still had the cyst but it was getting smaller. Instead of canceling, Dr Z put me on BCPs until Friday and I go back on Saturday. I also got to talk to a nurse about protocol and Dr Z has changed some things. For the minimal stims, he still uses chlomid but also menopur and Ganirelix! So he has added an atagon to his protocol. Pretty cool. So he is going to be more aggressive to try and get me to produce at least two follies this time. I am just excited to go back to NYC! DH and I had a very brief time there but it was great. We are staying a little longer this weekend and coming home on a late flight from JFK.
Elli - I am very sorry!
When you say you have done four IVFs is that complete IVFs - ER, ET, 2ww? I am asking because although I have done 3 IUIs and 2 IVFs, I do not count the two IUIs that got cancelled and I do not count the IVF that did not go to ET. These cannot really count if your body did not get the chance to complete a cycle. I hope you are feeling better!
Sdeut - good luck today!
TNA - you are doing a fantastic job!
Emma - Girl - you have some drama going on in your life. You are very strong. Remember I asked you when you and DH broke up were you having a baby to have it with him or because you wanted to have a baby. We know the answer. Do not let him mess with your head. Wasn't he already living with another chick as well? Maybe she kicked him out and he is lonely. And why is ex-BF in Vegas with you? I thought you were going to use DS? Is he there for moral support? Not booty support right?
You will love the Monte Carlo. It is a beautiful hotel close to everything. I highly recommend a rental car over taxis. Taxis in Vegas will add up quickly and Vegas is not that hard to figure out and drive in. For two weeks, that taxi bill will be much higher than a rental car. I had a car for a little over $200 for two weeks. Got it on priceline. I miss Vegas! Have fun.

Nic - I posted on your separate thread, but wanted to say again how happy I am that you will get to go ahead with this cycle!!! Dr. Z sounds like he's very competent and has your cycle well in hand. That must make you feel more comfortable and relaxed?
I am not using donor sperm for this cycle, I am using my ex-BF's sperm. He really wants to be the father and I am comfortable with our arrangement (and he has super-sperm
. We'll see how long he lasts at this infertility stuff. Glad we're not attempting to make a relationship work. Don't think I could handle that in my life right now. And really, it seems like we're better as friends than GF-BF.
Thanks for the tip about the car. I decided to reant one through Hotwire (cheap!) when I found out that parking is free at the Monte Carlo.
So you're going back to NYC next weekend? When would start stims? I'll be starting next week. Maybe we'll be stimming together!
Gotta do a stat E2 this morning. Not sure how this will work between a Canadian lab and a US clinic. We'll see...
Have a great day, ladies!

Emma - Ok, I feel better now about the situation! Glad the Ganirelix instructs worked out. I had this same trouble with the Menopur, could not get it out of the vial. But once I pumped lots of air into the bottle and the syringe it made all the difference. Weird! I start stims next week if everything looks good Satirday. We will be stimming together but VERY differently. I stim slowly too. Adding the ganirelix will slow it down even more. I am so excited for you!
