Last cycle I did IUI with Femara (cycled with a cyst that I didn't know I had until cd11 u/s), the cycle before I did IUI with Clomid (probably caused the cyst).
Would doing those medicated cycles change my FSH levels this cycle? Or can I proceed with the cd3 bloodwork and be able to trust the numbers? I'm going for IVF consult next month and having high FSH 'ever' will disqualify me from doing their shared risk plan - which is why I want to make sure doing the test now is OK.
Thanks!

Any reason not to do cd3 bloodwork after 2 medicated cycles?

I've never heard of medicated cycles interfering with subsequent cycles. I say go for it.
