Lately, I've been eating it. This has been the worst 3 months EVER!
I'm changing all that come January 2nd. I've already stopped the diet coke for over a month so I know that I CAN do this too. Baby steps, baby steps!

I eat it. I just stick to those things under 100 calories that are satisfying to me. I eat fat free chocolate pudding for 80 calories or have hot choc made with mainly water and a splash of milk for 100 calories. Occasionally I will have kisses which I think are 24 calories each or peanut M&Ms at 12 each. I just have to stay within my daily calorie range.

What virga said... I have those under 100 calories snacks! Snackwells bag of chochlate pretzels (it is tiny but satisfying), fudgesicle (dairy free made with coconut milk... but you can do a sugar free fudgesicle for under 100 calories too), hummous with sweet grape tomatoes or baby carrots (the grape tomatoes are sweet), and I use stevia extract to "sweeten" oatmeal or other things so I get that "sweet" taste but without the sugar or calories. I love the cocoa dusted almonds... those are sweet and good for you. Some are made with aspartame and others have a little bit of cane sugar.
