I'm almost at the 50lb mark, it has taken me over a year, but I have struggled at times, so I could have done it faster, just didn't.

Exactly, the same here. It took me 6-8 months (if I remember correctly) to lose 30 pounds and then lord knows how long for the rest after that.

Of course, it's lack of being lazy

- summer bbq's and drinking --

-- and NOT trying but now I'm determined more than ever to get there. My goal is 50 pounds but I will probably aim for maybe 10 more pounds and go from there. It's been awhile since I've been small and I'm not sure what I want my goal weight to be. WW has me at 155 pounds and I'm well below that (this is my personal goal).
