We had a fall festival Saturday and Sunday and I've ate like a pig since Saturday and didn't stop today either. AAAHHH, what is wrong with me?! I'm so close too.
Saturday morning we stopped for doughnuts at this local place that is awesome. I knew we were doing it, so I was ok with it and made my peace. Jelly doughnut and a chocolate iced chocolate cake doughnut. It was very busy on Saturday and we scarfed our lunch as we helped customers. By the time we got home and put the kids to bed, I was famished and ate 2 helpings of the tamale pie I made, plus drank 1 beer.
Sunday wasn't much better. My breakfast was a pb cookie and snickerdoodle from the local Lions' Club. Lunch and supper were healthy but my portions were huge. And I had a Sammy Adams Light.
And today, I've consumed a PB twix, jelly doughnut, 5 cookies along with a healthy supper.
Guess I just had to get all that out to realize how crappy I feel right now.
I feel like I've gone on a bender this weekend.










I think we put too much pressure on ourselves when we're soooo close to our goal weight -- been there done that!
It sucks! Keep going and you will get there.
I don't get it?!?!?
I busted butt with walking and eat to the "T" and then not lose anything!!
I take a few days to go out to eat and then have "junk" food and that's when my body decides to lose weight.


oh and the nights I do drink I don't eat and save my points for the a a a a a alcohol LOL
