Milestone for me!
Today I went for my week 7 weigh in and was down 4 lbs for this week and that put me at 20 lbs lost!!!! I am so thrilled! I am pulling out clothes in my closet I have not worn in quite a while. So I am just a tad under averaging 3 lb per week, and I have 5 more weeks to go on my fast so if I continue to lose that will be another 15 lb. That will leave me the final 10 lbs to take off in my transition back to food period (yikes). I do have 25 more lbs to go but I am not going to concentrate on that today, lol. I am going to revel in my accomplishment!
