I started the 3 hour diet this week!

This is harder than I thought.
You were right Bc-Kamili... sometimes when you have guest coming over
to eat you have to plan things just right. I know it will get easier, just
    like starting any new diet.

Oh well.. I will let you know how it goes.
My weigh in day will be Monday mornings.

You can do it!!! You know what I was thinking?!?! Maybe we should start at 9 p.m. and count back to the a.m. when we get up and maybe this will work!! BECAUSE everytime I would start at 7 a.m. by NOON something pushed my dinner later and later in the evening. Sigh!! I'm going to try this again at the first of the year. I have been eating every 4 hours and NOT miss out on eating every few hours.

    Good luck!!!

Question about it... you eat something every three hours(correct)... nothing in between??.... correct. I graze all day long, haha. hmm... looked at the site, but don't want to spend any cash on it. Good luck!!

Thanks for all the encouragement you girls have given me.
    I really do appreciate it.

Kamili- How would that work if we started at 9 p.m and count back?
    I am confused
I start at 6:30am, but what gets me is in the evenings... like last night
we didn't eat until 8:00- My brother came over for dinner.
I told my dh that it seems so simple and easy but it is not.
You have to really get a schedule going and stick to it.

With 2 4 1/2 month old babies to take care of and a furbaby
it just seems hard to diet around my house.

Mmi.. yes, you eat something every 3 hours, nothing in between.
I am not spending any money either... i look at the website for
ideas and motivation. I need all of that I can take.

    Talk to you later,
    Heather

I was just being silly for those that pop into our lives and make us eat and put us off track. Do you know if this is correct? I can't remember - if you "nibble" on something your 3-hour starts all over again. For instance, you might have 1 hour left to go before the 3-hours is up and then you eat something ~ don't you have to start over? I think dh said "yes" I haven't read the book for awhile -- dusty I might add.
