OK Ladies,
I have been SOOO good this week with food and workouts but this weekend is going to be tough. I am hosting a baby shower tonight.... we are having salads, bread and cheese (the later two I can't eat, but oh man I am going to be so tempted, I made sure I am bringing a salad that I can eat).... that and the cake is white cake so I won't be tempted like with a chocolate cake.
Then tomorrow is a fixed menu charity dinner that DH and I are going to for a belated Anniversary celebration. The salad is fine, the Eggplant isn't fried, just pan sauted, so I am thinking It will be OK (the vegitarian option)and will limit myself to one glass of red wine (it's unlimited wine)... but the dessert is A banana wrapped in phillo dough with light and dark chocolateI really should skip it but I know I won't be able to resist. Weigh in is on Monday morning so it's not like I can loose any before then but I do plan to work out for an hour tomorrow, an extra day, and be super good before dinner.
Any suggestions on how to not blow it this weekend?I am only down 7lbs in the past two weeks and I just want to keep the scale going in the right direction for a while longer.

Boy those sound like big temptations.
My suggestion would be to eat something healthy and filling before you go, then maybe you won't be so tempted to eat at the events.
Good luck!! STAY STRONG!!!

Sorry, I'm late!
How was the charity dinner?
I can't help you with suggestions about not blowing it on the weekends!! I'm having a hard time myself during the week!!
I would say to do really, really good during the week and maybe use your weekend to "splurge" this ONE day or for ONE event!!
