About LinkBacksoK here is the scenario. very nice lady from church brought by basket of fresh home made blueberry muffins. I looked up the points and found it is 4 points for a regular bb muffin, I think these are whole wheat so would probably have more fiber. My dinner tonight is going to be about 8 points. I hate to not have even one of the muffins and everyone else eat them, do you think you would let yourself have one? or would you just have a 2 point snack instead? I will still be within point range with either
