    Anyone Bag lunch?

What do you make for lunch. I work and pack a lunch most days. I usually do a sub or salad or wrap. I don't think it's all that much food, but still seem to be putting on weight.
How do you make a "healthy" lunch?

I know back when I did bag lunch. one thing I did was to pack a salad in one container and the dressing in a another, then mix them when ready to eat. it worked well that way. I kept them in one of the insulated thermal cooler lunch bags. add a piece of fresh fruit and a very healthy lunch.

I work and I will usually take a lean cuisine or a stoffer's to cook in the microwave. And I will take some raw veggies and low fat dip if I am still hungry too.

I usually take leftovers or today I have cottage cheese, pineapple, baby carrots, cucumber slices and a yogurt. Some days I take tuna fish made with light mayo, and some veggies like carrots, cucumbers, broccli or cauliflower

DH often takes a Lean Cuisine or Gardenburger Meal to microwave.

Sometimes, he takes a turkey sandwich (with whole wheat bread, turkey, and nonfat dressing or light mayo).
