Update from my "I suck" post!

Well, I've stayed on plan for 3 whole days now and I'm feeling SOOOO much better about myself! I have eaten maybe 3 of my extra points for this week (my weeks are tues to tues), so I'm right on target. What a difference having some successful days makes in my outlook and attitude!

Oh, and AF came with a vengence - you can't tell me our bodies don't change right before she comes. I couldn't GET enough carbs! Back to normal now!

Good for you! I can so relate -- the old hag is visiting me as well this week--for the first time in 2.5 years! Ugh! I really can't say I've missed her!
