First weigh in at WW today after getting back from vacation - YUCK!

After more than a week of indulging I have to weigh in today. I'm not looking forward to that at all! If I've gained less than 3 lbs I'll be thrilled, never mind having lost anything. I ate like a total pig while we were away and I didn't watch at all. I'll update later!

Good luck with the weigh in. Hopefully, you won't have gained too much.

I just know my weigh in won't go well this week, either. I haven't been able to exercise for two weeks due to that darned flu bug (and was in bed for about a week). Plus, I've been eating chocolate cake the last couple of days. Even though I've used Flex points for the cake, I know I'm not going to do well on the scale.

Oh, well. There's always next week, right?

Did you have a good vacation? Where did you go?

I lost .6! Hooray! But I'm still not watching what I eat and I'm not doing the walking I was doing in Disney so I'm not likely to be that lucky next week.
