21 Days To New Weight Loss Habits
1. Losing weight is a journey not a destination and I will enjoy the process.
2. Diets don't work. 3. I am on a mission to find my normal body weight of________ and I will find that body weight by________. 4. I become full twice as fast on half the food. 5. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. 6. I love doing my favorite exercise which is________. 7. Each day I drink 8-10 glasses of water with lemons or limes. 8. I am a FAT BURNING MACHINE! 9. I expose myself to as much bright light as possible. 10.I enjoy learning about weight loss. The more I learn the more weight I will lose. 11.I am doing great and I will succeed. 12.I eat 4-6 small meals throughout the day as close to every 4 hours as possible. 13.I always leave 2 or more bites of food on my plate. I never clean my plate. 14.The most disgusting, filthy feeling to me is one of being stuffed one of being gorged. 15.I am always on the go. I can't sit still or stand still. The more energy I have the faster my metabolism goes. 16.I am in control of my body and my mind. 17.I control what I eat it doesn't control me. 18.I eat only healthy nutritious foods high in protein low in carbohydrates. 19.When I eat I focus on portion size not the amount of calories. 20.Once a week I reward myself by eating what ever I want. 21.Losing weight is a journey and not a destination and I AM enjoying the process.
