What is one healthy thing you did for yourself this week?

Maybe we can get some ideas of healthy things we can do for ourselves through what others do.


I started gymnastics with my son. That was my healthy thing. We take an hour gymnastics class once a week. Good for him and good for me.

I started walking on my treadmill, today! 45 minutes=2 miles. I am hoping to do it daily.

The kids all wanted to walk too, so Tess did 3 minutes at 1.5 mph, Michael did 5 mins and Kelsey ran about 10 mins at 2.5!

I am proud of myself. I have got back into the " swing of things" and went to the gym everyday this week. I did my Cardio, Weight Training and am sticking to my " modified" eating habits. It contains: High Protein, No Sugar, No Red Meat ,No Pork, No Peanut Butter, No Fat, No white flour and NO SODAS BY ANY MEANS!

I upped my water intake to 80 oz's a day or more this week. Hopefully next week I will be well enough to start on Dr. Phil's diet.

Not much but until I shake the Pneumonia I am focusing on every little positive thing.
