I read the last book to my 2 month old..... lol!! She loved it and I am ready for the new book.

I have a couple of guesses......

I think that the kids will be leaving (quitting) school, the 5...... Harry, Hermione, Ron, Jenny, and Neville. I think we are going to find out the the "chosen one" is going to be Neville, and he is going to take a big role in the next book.

I think that Draco is going to turn to a good guy, just by the end of the last book.

I do think Harry will die, and I know I will cry.

I read up on the website from the author that we will get a lot of history of Harry's parent sin the next book, and someone will die and it is definately the last book. All lose ends will be tied up (someone will prevail), so it should be interesting.

Kris, I will go the opposite on some of your predictions

1. Draco will die in this book. He did not do his task from the Dark Lord...kill Dumbledore so he will go on the run in this one and eventually be killed by Voldemorte.

2. I don't think the kids will actually leave school, especially since this is the last year, but they will seek out the remaining Horcruxes and destroy them.

3. Snape is on the side of good and a loyal member of the Order. He will sacrifice his life for Harry's in the finale chapters...his life debt to James will then be paid.

4. Harry won't die, it would make the books very hard for future generations to read if the hero of the story dies in the end.

I think I have read on one of the sites that at least two will die and one that was suppose to die (thinking Snape here) will be spared now (she rewrote the ending). Hagrid is another one that may die as well as a few of the Death Eaters....Longbottom will take care of the one that put the curse on his parents.

I don't think Neville will be the chosen one...why write 7 books about Harry Potter if Neville was the chosen one. Neville will play a key role though in book 7 and the defeat of the Dark Lord.

Anxiously awaiting July 21!!!
