Lights on, Lights off or it doesn't really matter

Just wondering how many must have the lights on or off or even doesn't matter to them if they are on or off while getting busy.
Myself personally I don't like to be looked at (beyond low self esteem) and insist the lights are off. Now my migraines also helped this trend, as light (directly above my eyes) causes me migraines but it's no excuse, just another reason I prefer them off. My dh on the other hand loves to have the lights on, he is as he says "a visual person"

Doesn't matter to me. DH is the one that has to look at me if the lights are on, so if he likes what he sees, who am I to argue?

I'm not a full light person, when we are alone in the house I usually light a candle, but that's rare so it's usually dark! LOL

I don't completely mind, my dh and I are not GQ and Vanity Fair people!

Usually lights off...but I love having the lights on I think it's so romantic to see your DH/SO....hard to explain. I just think it's so more intimate..i know bad grammar.

I would much prefer the lights off. Always have. Dh would like them on occasionally so I go with it, but I'm very reluctant. Now, background light doesn't bother me much (TV, light in the hallway, etc).

Guess I never really thought of it. I guess it tends to be at night more, so I'd say lights off. But candles are nice too

doesn't matter to me...I'm comfortable with my body so lights don't affect me.

It doesn't matter to me. I like it both ways.

Not that I am super comfortable with my body at this point in my life but I know my body turns DH on and he loves it so...it's all good.

If we are in the bedroom, lights off and the TV on. If it were to happen in another room, some lights would probably be on, or at least the TV would be on.

Luckily dh still likes what he sees, although he isn't wearing his glasses.

We prefer the light on but because of how our bedrooms sits, the french doors are visible to the kids room. Definitely lights off or there would be 'spainin' in the morning.

Before anyone says it, we COULD get curtains but I HATE curtains and like to see the sky at night.
