In a joking manner, sure. If there is something I want for a large amount of $$$$ (note want, not need) DH will jokingly tell me that a certain favor will make him feel more warm and fuzzy about the purchase but the truth of the matter is, I'd get what I wanted whether he 'got it' or not.

Not seriously. But the phrase "It might be worth it for you" is not unheard of in our marraige (actually from both of us.) We also make bets with sexual favors as the prize.
