It isn't.
Well, it might be, but it definitely isn't big.
Let's just say I was amazed that a penis could be that small. And the guy it was attached to had a lot of muscle which only made it look smaller.

This one had me in stitches.............2-3 inches is my pick...it was so small the condom continuously fell off. Needless to say, we broke up.

Do steroids actually make it smaller? I know they can cause impotency, but that wasn't a problem here. His pinky-sized dinky was standing straight up. LOL.STEROIDS!!

4". I hardly felt it.
And no Steroids do not cause it to get smaller, but it does cause the BOYS to get smaller. My DH's did not change size after he took them, but his boys got a wee bit smaller.
