Hi ladies! I had my diabetes counseling session today. Breakfast has to be my smallest meal, with 1.5 carb choices, 2 protein, and 2 fat. I am on bedrest, but we put a mini fridge in our office, so I can easily access anything refrigerated. The obvious choice is eggs, but I can't go downstairs to cook....

Just checking in to see how you are doing wit the insulin. I found it easier once I was on the insulin to control my bs. My OB taught me how to increase a unit or two if I was going to eat something I shouldn't..and that was a big help for me around Christmas.
