Mthfr and pai!! Please help!!!

Hello, I have recently been diagnosed with having MTHFR Homozygous C677t mutation and PAI hetero. I have had two miscarriages both from IVF and I was on baby aspirin during both and Folgard for my second pregnancy. I did a couple of RPL tests after my first loss and they found the MTHFR and went to a hematologist after my second one b/c re said no other tests were necessary. The Hematologist did a complete work up and we found the PAI. I am kind of bitter with my re

Anyway, I am wondering if there is anyone else who has this combination and what treatment you are doing. I want to make sure I am on the right path.

Oh yeah, any information on the PAI will be greatly appreaciated as well!

I see a reproductive immunologist and have elavated PAI - 1, MTHFR (but only hetero for the A mutation), and Factor 13 (also a blood clotting issue). I am on BA, Matnx (like folgard) and 40 mg of lovenox.

your protocol should include Lovenox, Metanx and BA. What did your hemotologist recomend?

Thanks for your responses! My protocol is BA, Folgard, and Lovenox. I just went to RE today and they added the Lovenox. I am hoping that this will work for me. Have any of you had success with this protocol?
