Any one have auto immune disorder and been successfull with steriods ?

I am ready to start taking steriods when i next get a bfp. I will be taking asprin and fragmin along with prednisone steriods. I have protein c deficancy and possible aps. I have tried asprin 150mg and fragmin 10.000 which never worked. I am wondering if any one has had a successfull pregnancy using steriods with a auto immune disorder ? XX __________________
