MTHFR and Pituitary Microadenoma
Hi Ladies,
I am new to this message board and wanted to reach out to you to see if any of you are in my situation or know of someone who is. I just found out I am homozygous for the C677T MTHFR mutation. I also have a pituitary microadenoma and wanted to know if it is OK to take a BA and/or an anticoagulation agent. I am receiving conflicting information from my MDs. So, currently I am taking 1 tablet of Metanx, an extra 1 mg of folid acid, and my prenatal. I don't know if the BA is safe to take with the pituitary adenoma. Any information would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.
