PAI-1 and poor post-coital

This is my first post, and fifth year of treatments. I have been through 8 IUIs, 4 IVFs (1 with no transfer since embryos halted at day 3, 1 chemical pregnancy, and 1 "miscarriage" in fourth week), laparoscopic surgery, MANY MEDS, genetic testing....
Just found out that I am + for 1 allele of PAI-1 and DH is + for 2 alleles of PAI-1. On Folgard and baby ASA. Post-coital shows thick mucous on cervix and high acidity...so nothing viable at 12 hours...
My newest RE (and there have been several!) wants to do yet another IUI. I am convinced that it will be another dead end...Anyone have any advise??

I don't know enough about the issues you are facing to offer any practical advice, but I wanted you to know that I hear you and that I'm here for you.
