Question about karyotype

We received the results from out d&c this afternoon. Everything came back normal on the baby. I've had an RPL panel done and it too came back normal. Would the baby's karyotype have been normal if there were a problem with us? We've never had a baby together so we are worried about this.

Thanks,

Shel
